Our session focuses on heart-centered journaling, which will help you establish a deeper heart connection and inner dialogue. It is a special time for yourself, like a date with yourself and your heart. Journaling is not just about writing a diary; it's a mindful and intuitive writing method that helps us connect better with ourselves. Through reflection, we can observe our thoughts, feelings, and emotions and gain deeper insights about ourselves. How does the session look like? 1. Learn about journaling in general, adapted to your individual situation (how, what, when?) 2. Learn about heart-centered journaling as a tool for heart-connection, connection to yourself 3. Put it into practice and experience heart-centered journaling 4. We will create the right atmosphere for you 5. Take time for your journaling practice 6. Accompanied with a little coaching input and guided journaling questions individual for you. Depending on how was the experience for you, what might be thoughts in your mind or heart messages you received during the writing you would like to talk about For me journaling is one of my main tools to connect to my heart, to my inner love & wisdom. During the session you will learn: • about the basics of journaling • how to start writing, tips for the writing process • what to write about • what type of journaling would suit best your needs / current situation • tips to establish your journaling routine • Individualized, guided journaling questions to help you put your newfound knowledge into practice • specifically, how to write a dialogue with your heart voice and inner parts • Tools to connect more to your heart I individualize it to your needs, happy to answer any questions you may have about starting your own journaling practice And the best: We will put it into practice and take time to really do journaling! That is an important part because I understand that sometimes it's hard to make journaling a priority, so we will do it together so that little by little you establish your own routine. I want you to experience journaling as a tool for connecting to your heart, focused on your personal growth journey, with individual coaching input and guided journaling questions tailored to your needs.
