Becoming a yoga teacher in 2016, and a meditation teacher in 2017, I have since gone on to specialise my teaching to the struggles that the modern day brings. After years of teaching meditation, I saw patterns emerging of the areas that people struggled with the most in their lives. Namely, their ability to keep their focus on the task at hand. Having come from severe mental health issues, I am not just a teacher who knows about these kinds of things, but someone who understands.
